The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnett avoids the body shot from Hogg.
Hogg avoids the head kick by Barnett.
Hogg connects with a jab.
Barnett wants to slow Hogg down by chopping away at his legs.

Barnett forces Hogg back against the cage and clinches.
Hogg lands an elbow inside.
Hogg throws a knee to the head but misses.
Barnett takes a knee to the side of the body.
Hogg using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Barnett has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Barnett blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Hogg lands a shoulder strike.

That has opened up Brock Barnett's cut even more.
Hogg tries to land knees in the clinch but Barnett avoids the damage to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hogg putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Barnett in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Hogg lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Hogg.

The cut above Brock Barnett's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hogg jerks Barnett's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Barnett drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Hogg goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Hogg because Barnett was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
