The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Szeltan wants to slow Heed down by chopping away at his legs.
Szeltan doesn't manage to clinch there - Heed circles away.
Szeltan pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Szeltan connects with a crisp jab.
Heed uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Szeltan.
Szeltan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Heed was well out of range. Poor timing from Szeltan.
A lazy left from Szeltan finds it's target.
Szeltan throws a jab when Heed was well out of range.
Heed steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Szeltan.
Heed's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Szeltan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Heed scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Szeltan scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Heed misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Heed keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Szeltan.
Szeltan connects with a body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Szeltan, as that shot connected.
Szeltan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Heed swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Szeltan dives in for a single leg takedown but Heed sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Szeltan lands with a light punch inside.

Szeltan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Szeltan looks to score with a jab to the body but Heed is just out of range.
Szeltan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Heed swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Heed drives through with a takedown into Szeltan's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Szeltan has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Heed doesn't defend quickly enough and Szeltan has managed to lock this one up! Can Heed escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Szeltan on a fantastic submission victory.
