Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phat Funk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Troy Powers!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Funk gets a clinch.
Funk landing knees to the head.

It looks like Troy Powers has been cut.
Funk looks to throw an elbow but misses.

Powers jumps guard and drags Funk to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Funk wants to control from the top but Powers keeps moving.
Funk is really struggling to control Powers but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Powers is looking for a triangle but Funk pushes his legs off easily.
Funk controls from within his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Funk won't allow Powers to sweep him here.

Powers trying to control the position.
Funk trying to control the position from guard on top but Powers is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Funk looking to sit in guard and control but Powers gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Powers trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Powers passes Funk's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Powers lands strikes from half guard.
Funk tries to get to full guard but Powers has control of the leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Powers works his way into full mount!
Powers thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Funk is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Powers working the ground and pound effectively.
Powers landing strikes from the mount.
BOOM! Powers connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Powers trying to control but Funk is having none of it.
A nice elbow there by Powers.
Powers has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Funk's face.

Funk is rocked!
Powers wants to control the pace but Funk is squirming around nicely.
Oh Funk is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Powers tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Powers landing punches.
Powers can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Funk is looking to escape.
Powers is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Funk goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Powers!
