Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bo Nastie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dutch Rudderme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nastie comes to the cage accompanied by Roots Bloody Roots by Sepultura. Dutch Rudderme has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bo Nastie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dutch Rudderme!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rudderme throws a nice looking combination but Nastie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rudderme shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nastie as he avoids it easily.
Rudderme tries to land a front kick but Nastie steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Rudderme shoots in and drives through. Nastie sprawls well.
Rudderme misses with a head kick.
Nastie is looking to clinch.
Nastie doesn't manage to clinch there - Rudderme circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nastie's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Nastie duly obliges.
Rudderme fails with a takedown attempt.
Bo Nastie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dutch Rudderme.

and Nastie counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Nastie is looking to clinch but Rudderme is avoiding it.

Rudderme is looking to break free of the clinch but Nastie has double underhooks.

Nastie gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Rudderme regains guard.

Nastie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nastie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Rudderme throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nastie's head.

and Nastie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rudderme won't be happy with that.
Rudderme takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Nastie scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Rudderme to see if he's OK.

You can see the frustration on Rudderme's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Nastie tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rudderme shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Nastie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rudderme won't be happy with that.

Nastie looks up at the clock and then as Rudderme takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Nastie smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nastie lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Rudderme tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Nastie presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Rudderme is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Nastie cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Rudderme swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nastie shoots for a double leg takedown but Rudderme sprawls well. He's pushed Nastie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nastie lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Rudderme down.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Rudderme tries to bench press Nastie off him but Nastie keeps the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Rudderme counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rudderme.

Nastie is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Rudderme frees his head nicely. Oh but Nastie has switched to an armbar! Rudderme is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
