Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Heath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geralt Of Rivia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Of Rivia staying out of range there.
Heath wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Heath bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Heath swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Heath takes one to the side of the head.
Heath takes a swing at Of Rivia's ribcage but misses.
Heath throws a body shot but no joy.
Of Rivia swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Heath chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Of Rivia can pounce on him.
Heath cracks Of Rivia with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Heath tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Of Rivia was well out of range. Poor timing from Heath.
A low kick from Heath misses
and Of Rivia counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Heath ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Of Rivia lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Heath shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Of Rivia as he avoids it easily.

Heath moves out of range of the strikes.

Heath moves in looking to clinch but Of Rivia pushes him off.

Of Rivia cracks Heath with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Heath uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Of Rivia.
It looked like Heath was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Of Rivia.
Heath avoids the head kick by Of Rivia.
Heath throws a quick inside leg kick.
Of Rivia swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Heath keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A clash of legs there as Heath blocks the low kick.
Heath dives in and grabs Of Rivia's left leg, looking for a takedown. Of Rivia pushes down on Heath's head and hops out.
Of Rivia replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Heath blocks it well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oliver Heath. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Of Rivia. No joy for Heath on that attempt.
Heath dives in for a single leg takedown but Of Rivia sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Of Rivia throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Heath stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Heath has closed the distance and engaged Of Rivia in a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Of Rivia scores with a nice short uppercut.
Of Rivia struggles to land a body shot inside as Heath controls his hands.

Of Rivia lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Heath backwards.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Of Rivia creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Of Rivia swings wildly with an uppercut but Heath uses good head movement to avoid it.

Of Rivia pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Of Rivia fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Heath to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Heath looks to clinch but Of Rivia throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Heath taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Geralt Of Rivia was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
