The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Back throws a head kick but schilt moves out of range.

schilt throws a nice looking combination but Back bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

schilt rushes Back and presses him up against the cage.
schilt misses with a knee strike.
schilt tries to pull guard but Back won't allow it.
Back stalling in the clinch.
schilt drops down looking for an ankle pick but Back pulls his leg out and moves away.
schilt closes the distance but Back moves to the side

and Back counters by clinching up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Back gets underhooks to prevent schilt's takedown attempt.
Back with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
schilt is trying to drag Back to the mat but Back just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

and schilt counters with a single leg into guard. Back didn't expect that.
schilt is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
schilt postures up in Back's guard and throws a big left but Back blocks it.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

and schilt counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by schilt.

schilt ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. schilt no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Back wants to stand but schilt has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Back tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
schilt doesn't manage to clinch there - Back circles away.
schilt slips a jab and a cross from Back.
schilt will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

schilt shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
