Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Slap Nuts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abel Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nuts kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Never Surrender. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuts scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nuts throws a jab but it's blocked by Cruz.
Cruz gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Cruz ducks right into an uppercut from Nuts.
Cruz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nuts sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cruz somewhat.

Cruz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Nuts sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Cruz is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nuts connects with a nice short shot to Cruz's temple.
