Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Junior Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hulk Junior Hogan!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee misses with a head kick.
Hogan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hogan lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Lee looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hogan trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lee is looking for a triangle here but Hogan uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Lee is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Hogan is controlling him well.
Hogan tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Lee is trying to improve his position.
Lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Lee manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Lee is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Lee is breathing heavily.
Lee is nestled in close to Hogan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Hogan gets full guard.

Lee has gone for a leg lock! Hogan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Lee's guard.

Lee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hogan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Hogan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lee is keeping the position for now.

Hogan trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hogan is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Hogan cracks Lee with a solid left hand.
Hogan lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Hogan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lee is keeping the position for now.
Hogan won't allow Lee to sweep him here.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hogan throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hogan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hogan tries to clinch but Lee is having none of it.
Hogan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.
Lee misses with a takedown attempt - Hogan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Hogan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hogan lands in his opponent's guard.
Lee working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hogan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Lee is tightening it up a little... Hogan has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hogan reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hogan taps out! nice BJJ there by Lee!
