The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munch misses with an uppercut.
A jab lands there for Munch.
Hussein tries to clinch but Munch is having none of it.
Munch throws a right hand that Hussein ducks under and follows up with a left that Hussein also avoids with ease.

and Munch counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Munch throws a sloppy head kick and Hussein moves out of range easily.

Munch throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hussein tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Munch is in Hussein's guard.

Horrible takedown attempt by Hussein or perhaps it was just good defense by Munch, which made it look bad.

and Munch counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Munch is in close to Hussein's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Munch passes easily into side control. Nice work.

You can see the frustration on Hussein's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Hussein is not content to let Munch control the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Munch counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Hussein has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
