The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim lands a glancing blow to the side of Groper jr's head.
Groper jr defending well as Kim loads up on a big left hand.

Kim throws a chopping leg kick but Groper jr manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Kim throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Groper jr closes the distance and clinches up with Kim, looking for a takedown. Groper jr pushes Kim against the cage but Kim circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Groper jr uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kim.

Groper jr is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Kim escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Kim is pressed up against the cage. Groper jr has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kim down to the mat. Kim avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
