The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Korobeikin moves forwards but Victors connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Korobeikin shoots in but Victors avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Victors uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Korobeikin.
Korobeikin misses with a straight right.
Pyotr Korobeikin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Victors throws a series of punches but Korobeikin avoids them all with ease.

Korobeikin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Victors sprawls well initially but Korobeikin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Korobeikin wants to pass the guard but Victors is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
