The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lloyd showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Maure.
Lloyd goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Dan Maure has been cut.
Lloyd ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Maure moves away.
Maure fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lloyd is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Maure.
Maure scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Maure throws the left hand but Lloyd avoids the punch easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Maure. That snapped Lloyd's head back.
Maure is looking to clinch but Lloyd is avoiding it.
Maure throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maure slips a jab from Lloyd.
Lloyd looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Maure takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Nice straight punches there by Lloyd. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Lloyd.

Maure is rocked!
Lloyd avoids the body shot from Maure.
Maure is still on wobbly legs! Can Lloyd finish him?
Lloyd slips a jab and a cross from Maure.
Maure seems to have recovered his senses.
No joy there for Lloyd, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lloyd throws a monster overhand right that drops Maure! Lloyd follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
