Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between AnthonyH Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Whonjon William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
William throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Moreno closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
William tries to roll over but Moreno keeps him under control.
Moreno working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

William has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moreno can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Moreno drops his hands momentarily and William takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
William cracks Moreno with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Moreno throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. William connects with a nice short shot to Moreno's temple.

William has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

William changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Moreno looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

William throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

William feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

William stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Moreno has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! William manages to get his head free but now Moreno has transitioned to an armbar! William grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Moreno! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
