Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jokohama Humahuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Douglas keeps the fight on the outside.
Humahuta shoots in but Douglas avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Humahuta has a takedown stuffed.
Humahuta shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Douglas pinned against the cage. Douglas gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Humahuta changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Douglas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Humahuta goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Douglas rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Humahuta's guard! Nice work there by Douglas!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Douglas wants to control from the top but Humahuta keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Douglas throws a sloppy head kick and Humahuta moves out of range easily.

Humahuta shoots in and drives through. Douglas sprawls well.
No luck for Humahuta with that takedown attempt.
Humahuta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Douglas but Douglas pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Douglas sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Humahuta to the ground! Douglas dives into full mount looking to finish!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Douglas postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Humahuta in real trouble here! The ref calls for Humahuta to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
