Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Miguel Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddison Tollett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Eddison Tollett was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tollett avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Tollett has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Chavez connects with a leg kick. Tollett looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Chavez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Tollett paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tollett turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Chavez ducks right into an uppercut from Tollett.
Tollett just misses with a punch to the body.
Chavez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tollett swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tollett throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tollett looks to score with a jab to the body but Chavez is just out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chavez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tollett lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Tollett scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Chavez doesn't seem bothered though.

Chavez throws a looping overhand right but Tollett ducks down to avoid it.

Chavez avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Chavez scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Chavez on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tollett darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tollett will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tollett throws a good cross that connects.
Chavez lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Chavez takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Chavez scores with a punch to the head.

Chavez drives through and clinches with Tollett against the ropes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chavez is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Tollett is defending well for now.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Chavez takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Tollett is rocked!
Chavez has his opponent in a tight Thai clinch and unloads with a massive knee that drops Tollett to the canvas! Can Tollett beat the count? 3,4,5,6 and he's up... is he? Yes, he's up! The referee is taking a long look at him and he's waved off the fight! He didn't think Tollett was in a fit state to continue so this fight is over! Chavez is your winner!
