Oh Ruell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ruell is breathing heavily.
Ruell is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Tossen Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Ruell is out cold, face down on the mat!
