Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Wexler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cappy Christian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wexler comes to the cage accompanied by Go To Sleep - Eminem. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wexler comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wexler looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Wexler takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Christian tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Christian takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Wexler lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Christian has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Christian and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Wexler tests Christian's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wexler just misses with a punch to the body.
Christian drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Wexler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Christian manages to avoid it.
Christian wants to counter the offense by Wexler and move into the clinch position.
Christian tries to clinch up but Wexler circles away and keeps his distance.
Wexler's jab looks to have found its range, popping Christian under the eye.
Christian slips under a jab.
Christian misses with the combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wexler dodges an elbow strike from Christian.
Wexler lands a hook to the side of the head.
Christian misses with a knee to the head.

Wexler drags the fight down to the ground.

Christian got a little sloppy there for a moment and Wexler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Christian has managed to get both his arms back between Wexler's legs - danger averted.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Wexler holds on and takes a little breather.
Christian wanted to stand there but Wexler had control of the position.
Wexler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Christian's guard.

Wexler tries to free his leg and advance position but Christian is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wexler seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Wexler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Christian swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Christian can do anything to dispel that myth.

Christian tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wexler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wexler appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Wexler ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Christian moves away.
Christian blocks a head kick by Wexler.

Wexler tries to keep at a distance but Christian has taken the fight into the clinch.
Christian looking to throw knees to the head but Wexler is blocking nicely.
Wexler pushes Christian back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Christian throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Wexler pulls Christian into guard.

Wexler is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Christian rolls with it to try and escape but Wexler cranks on the arm and Christian is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
