Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Zdravko Dren!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Gongor!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Franklyn Lucas and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gongor shoots in but Dren avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Gongor wants to clinch up but Dren keeps it at a distance.
Dren throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Peter Gongor has been cut.
Gongor will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Dren dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dren batters Gongor with a massive right followed by a huge left! Gongor is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Dren lands a final crushing right hand to drop Gongor to the mat with a gruesome thud! Dren is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Zdravko Dren!
