The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pencil defending well as Julianno loads up on a big left hand.
Julianno tries to bum rush Pencil with a series of wild strikes but Pencil uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pencil is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Pencil slips under a jab.
Julianno misses with a left hand
enabling Pencil to counter with a crisp jab.
Pencil avoids the body shot from Julianno.
Pencil fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Julianno.
Pencil throws a hook but Julianno blocks it.
Pencil scores with a nice head shot.
Pencil thows a body kick. Julianno tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Pencil swings for the body but Julianno moves out of range.
Pencil connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
That kick from Pencil tenderised Julianno's leg. Julianno is trying to keep his angry face on.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Julianno gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Pencil takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Julianno throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Pencil ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Pencil slips under a jab from Julianno.
Pencil misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Julianno.

Pencil swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Pencil has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Pencil looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Julianno throws a body punch but Pencil moves out of range.
Pencil lands the left hand.
Pencil throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Julianno looks to land a left hand but Pencil moved out of range nicely.
Pencil moves out of range of the strikes.
Julianno misses the jab.
Pencil takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Pencil throws a good cross that connects.
Julianno looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pencil misses with a body kick.
Julianno throws a hook to the side of Pencil's head but Pencil sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Pencil uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Julianno.
Julianno sizes up Pencil with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Pencil lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Pencil throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Pencil connects with a looping right hand.
A head kick by Pencil - that's a beauty! Julianno is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Pencil can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
