Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George McFly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Lennon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Christopher Lennon!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from McFly.

McFly scores a takedown into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McFly throws some wild stikes that Lennon manages to avoid easily.
McFly pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
McFly takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Lennon really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Poor strikes thrown by McFly there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
McFly throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McFly cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

It looks like Christopher Lennon has been cut.
McFly lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Lennon hang on?
McFly looking to control but Lennon is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
McFly in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

That has opened up Christopher Lennon's cut even more.
Lennon looks gassed!
McFly tries to control but Lennon wriggling away.

McFly throwing strikes here but Lennon is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Lennon holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as McFly tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
McFly throws a wild left hand from mount and Lennon manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.
McFly tries to stand but can't do so whilst Lennon controls his leg.
McFly throwing shots but Lennon is blocking nicely.

Lennon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. McFly is working away from the top position though.
McFly throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

McFly clinches with his opponent.
McFly with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Christopher Lennon's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Lennon wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
McFly cracks Lennon with a nice body shot.
McFly content to slow the pace in the clinch.

McFly jumps guard.
McFly pulls Lennon in close to his closed guard and prevents Lennon from doing any damage or advancing position.
McFly lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lennon!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Christopher Lennon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
