PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between JC Seraphim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob McGreary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Jacob McGreary!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Topper Green and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seraphim pushes McGreary away with a front kick.
Seraphim is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

McGreary changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Seraphim tries to avoid it but McGreary manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Seraphim to the ground. Seraphim escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGreary fails in his attempt to clinch.
McGreary moves out of range as Seraphim throws a body kick.
Seraphim fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Seraphim cracks McGreary with a right hand to the side of the head.

Seraphim clinches up with McGreary and pushes him back against the cage.

Seraphim gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, McGreary regains guard.

Seraphim looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

JC Seraphim decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
