Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nich DiMa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Sheppards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nich DiMa had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Carl Sheppards will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

DiMa misses with a straight left.
DiMa takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Sheppards misses with a two punch combination.
A jab from DiMa misses.
Carl Sheppards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck with that takedown attempt from DiMa.
Sheppards connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
DiMa walks into a stiff left hand from Sheppards.
DiMa misses with a hook.
DiMa is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Sheppards.

DiMa is rocked!
Sheppards steps in with a hook that catches DiMa right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Sheppards follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! DiMa looks absolutely devastated.
