The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tao bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Clam Digger's head backwards.

Tao gets caught flat footed, as Clam Digger shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Tao is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Clam Digger is controlling him.
Tao wants to sweep but no luck.
Clam Digger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tao swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Terrance Clam Digger will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tao has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tao and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
