The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLaughlin wants to clinch.
Manhoef wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Manhoef misses the shot to the body.
McLaughlin avoids the body shot from Manhoef.
McLaughlin throws a hook to the side of Manhoef's head but Manhoef sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Manhoef misses with a series of wild punches.
McLaughlin throws a looping overhand right but Manhoef ducks down to avoid it.
Manhoef throws a hook but McLaughlin avoids it easily.
Manhoef lands a right hook to the body.
Manhoef lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Adam McLaughlin has been cut.
Manhoef moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

McLaughlin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
McLaughlin slips a jab and a cross from Manhoef.
Manhoef misses with a body shot.

McLaughlin gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Manhoef thows a body shot but no joy.
McLaughlin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Manhoef paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Manhoef misses with an uppercut. McLaughlin saw that one coming.
McLaughlin tries a head kick but it misses.
Manhoef fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches McLaughlin on the side of the head.
McLaughlin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Manhoef circles away from the clinch attempt.
Manhoef ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McLaughlin moves away.
McLaughlin throws a left and a right that both miss
and Manhoef counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Manhoef lands a two punch combo.

Manhoef connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt McLaughlin! He's out on his feet! Manhoef rushes in and drops McLaughlin with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
