The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Me changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mustasa looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Me tries for a kimura but Mustasa is defending well.
Mustasa is looking for a sweep.
Mustasa is not content to let Me control the position.
Mustasa could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Me working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Me wants to control but Mustasa is keeping him busy.
Me tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Me has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Me wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mustasa, who protects the arm well.
Mustasa tries to buck Me off but Me is having none of it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Mustasa tries to hold on but Me pushes him away.
Me can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mustasa is looking to escape.
Mustasa is in all sorts of trouble here.
Me wants to finish this one by submission but Mustasa is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Me.

Mustasa tries to hold on but Me postures up.
Me goes for an armbar but Mustasa turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Mustasa.
Me working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mustasa doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mustasa manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Me is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Me pushes a forearm under Mustasa's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Mustasa is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Yu Me!
A pretty intense looking Yu Me took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
