Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Porter Blevins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Haverson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Josh West.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blevins tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Haverson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Blevins crunches a lovely knee into Haverson's ribcage.
Blevins misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Haverson.

Haverson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Blevins avoids a kick to the body.
Haverson throws a head kick but Blevins moves out of range.
Blevins dodges the punch combination from Haverson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Haverson closes the distance and clinches.
Blevins swings wildly with an uppercut but Haverson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Haverson throws a lazy head kick
and Blevins counters with a series of strikes. Haverson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Blevins is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Haverson can do to turn this around?

Haverson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Blevins manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
