Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Harley Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander Nogueira told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira works over Kidd's head and body with a nice combination.
Kidd takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Nogueira connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
A punch combination from Nogueira misses.
Kidd takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Kidd closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Nogueira stuffs the takedown attempt from Kidd. Kidd gets slowly back to his feet.
Kidd is breathing heavily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Nogueira. That's going to slow Kidd down.
Kidd's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nogueira connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kidd scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kidd tries to clinch but Nogueira is having none of it.
A nice leg kick lands there from Nogueira.
Nogueira scores with a jab.
Kidd misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nogueira.
A lazy left from Nogueira finds it's target.

Kidd is rocked!
Nogueira drops Kidd with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Kidd! Nogueira dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
