Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Madobie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flavius Aetius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Madobie comes to the cage accompanied by Diary of a Madman- by Ozzy. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aetius closes this distance looking for a takedown but Madobie circles away.
Aetius misses with a takedown attempt - Madobie sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Aetius shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Thiago Madobie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flavius Aetius.
Madobie is looking to clinch but Aetius is avoiding it.

Aetius tries for a takedown but Madobie manages to get underhooks.

Aetius has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Madobie regains guard immediately.

Aetius slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Aetius drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Aetius jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Aetius is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Aetius tries to land a leg kick but Madobie saw it coming and moves away.
Madobie fails with an attempt to clinch.

Aetius shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Aetius showed some decent athleticism there.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Aetius tries to move to mount but Madobie blocks the move with his legs.
Madobie manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Aetius is on the bottom, trying to hold on to half guard. He's throwing a few small shots here, to keep his opponent honest.
Aetius is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Madobie's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Madobie's back!
You can see the frustration on Madobie's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Madobie is breathing heavily.

Aetius is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Madobie with him. Madobie is trying to defend but Aetius has an arm under the chin now! Madobie grimaces and is forced to tap out!
