Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig Roman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bang Silouge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Craig Roman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bang Silouge!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silouge avoids it really well and circles away.
Bang Silouge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silouge moves to clinch but Roman breaks away

and Roman counters by moving into the clinch.
Roman has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Silouge is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Roman prevents Silouge from breaking the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roman is looking for a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Craig Roman. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Silouge pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Silouge throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Roman gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Roman has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Silouge after a bit of a struggle.
Roman is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Silouge gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Silouge is looking to break free of the clinch but Roman has double underhooks.
Roman swings wildly with an uppercut but Silouge uses good head movement to avoid it.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Roman is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Silouge gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Silouge's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Roman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Silouge drops Roman with a right and a left! Silouge comes rushing in but Roman regains his composure and manages to keep Silouge in guard.

Roman is rocked!

It looks like Craig Roman has been cut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Silouge gets to his feet. Roman looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Roman shoots in and bounces Silouge off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Roman is breathing heavily.

Roman decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Silouge, up you get!
Silouge shoots in looking for a takedown. Roman tries to sprawl out of it but Silouge keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Roman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A low kick from Silouge is predictable there

and Roman moves into the clinch.
Silouge gets underhooks to prevent Roman's takedown attempt.

Silouge is looking to break free of the clinch but Roman has double underhooks.
Roman is working for takedown but Silouge is calmly controlling the position for now.
Roman tries to pull guard but Silouge holds him up against the cage and eventually Roman drops back down to his feet.
Roman is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Silouge pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Silouge manages to break the clinch.
Roman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silouge was well out of range. Poor timing from Roman.
Silouge walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Roman checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Roman seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Silouge shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Roman is backing up but Silouge catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Roman covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Silouge Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bang Silouge!
