The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Boar wants to clinch.
De Boar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bebeto manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
De Boar moves into the clinch successfully.
A frustrated look appears on De Boar's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Bebeto avoiding damage as De Boar throws knees to the body.
De Boar is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
De Boar wants to break free but Bebeto has control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De Boar looking to stall.
De Boar misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Bebeto.

De Boar lands a body shot.
De Boar swings wildly with an uppercut but Bebeto uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bebeto is trying to trip De Boar. He has hold of a leg but De Boar is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Bebeto persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
De Boar can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bebeto controls the pace.
Bebeto is pushing down on De Boar's leg trying to pass to half guard. De Boar is fighting to maintain full guard but Bebeto has managed to sneak the leg through.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bebeto wants to free his trapped foot but De Boar is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Bebeto seems to be working for a kimura but De Boar defends the submission attempt.

Bebeto wants to pass the guard but De Boar is defending well.

Bebeto seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. De Boar is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
