Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roque Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Stabber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson's entrance music is Never Go Where the Pagans Go (Warrior King). A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stabber gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
We've been told by Johnson's head coaches at HARRY'S that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches.
Stabber is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Johnson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Stabber can't find room to land a body shot as Johnson controls the action.
Johnson lands a body shot in the clinch.
Johnson digs a right hand underneath Stabber's ribcage. Stabber let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Still in the clinch, Johnson scores with a nice short uppercut.
Johnson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Stabber backwards.

Johnson stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Johnson manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Stabber is working for takedown but Johnson is calmly controlling the position for now.

Johnson digs a right hand into Stabber's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Stabber's gas tank.
Stabber tries to score a body lock takedown but Johnson shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Roque Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Stabber.

Stabber drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Johnson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Johnson is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Stabber has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Johnson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Johnson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Johnson breaks from the clinch.
Stabber drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Stabber keeps the fight on the outside.
Stabber is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Johnson just misses with a punch to the body.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Johnson lunges at Stabber with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Stabber's hand.

Oooooh!!! Johnson has knocked Stabber down with a huge combo! Johnson steps away and waves a wobbly Stabber back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Stabber is rocked!
Stabber drops his hands momentarily. Johnson doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Stabber staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Stabber doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
