PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Archer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kingsley Ciprut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Aaron Archer has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Aaron Archer seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, Kingsley Ciprut!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Kavanagh and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Archer crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ciprut - the referee stops the clock and Archer gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ciprut. Archer manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Archer is stalling here. Ciprut is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Archer seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Ciprut has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close round but I would say that Aaron Archer will probably get the nod.
