Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jules Winnfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Voorheez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Winnfield comes to the cage accompanied by Say What Again!!. Voorheez has chosen California Love as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jason Voorheez!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voorheez is looking to clinch.
Winnfield fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Winnfield throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Winnfield looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Voorheez tries to close the distance and clinch but Winnfield swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Winnfield jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Voorheez stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Winnfield.
Voorheez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Winnfield throws a head kick that misses.
A thudding body kick lands there by Winnfield!
Winnfield blocks a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Winnfield lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Voorheez slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Voorheez fails in his attempt to clinch.
Winnfield gets tackled into the cage by Voorheez. Voorheez maintains the clinch.

Voorheez blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Voorheez gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Voorheez lands an elbow inside.
Voorheez blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Voorheez.
A frustrated look appears on Winnfield's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Winnfield escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Winnfield looks for the body kick but Voorheez saw that one coming.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Winnfield.
Voorheez doesn't manage to clinch there - Winnfield circles away.
Voorheez has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Winnfield pushes Voorheez away with a front kick.
Voorheez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Winnfield manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Winnfield feints and then cracks Voorheez's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Voorheez down.
Winnfield scores with a nice head shot.

Winnfield tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Voorheez's elbow.
Winnfield blocks an elbow strike from Voorheez.

Winnfield lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Voorheez is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Winnfield is keeping busy.
Winnfield digs a right hand underneath Voorheez's ribcage. Voorheez let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Winnfield looking to stall.
Voorheez lands a nice knee to the body.
Voorheez prevents Winnfield from breaking the clinch.
Voorheez lands a damaging elbow.
Voorheez is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Winnfield is defending well for now.
Voorheez is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Winnfield pulls Voorheez into guard.
Winnfield has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Voorheez doesn't defend quickly enough and Winnfield has managed to lock this one up! Can Voorheez escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Winnfield on a fantastic submission victory.

Jules Winnfield tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, Jason Voorheez stepped up to the mic, saying 'Thank you Jules Winnfield for the honor to compete against you. You truly deserve to be champion. You are a better fighter than me and you proved it today. Congratulations'.
