Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taniora Kereopa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels shoots in looking for a takedown. Kereopa tries to sprawl out of it but Daniels keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kereopa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Daniels dives in for a single leg takedown but Kereopa sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Kereopa has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Daniels uses from the top position.
Daniels trying to control but Kereopa is working from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kereopa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Daniels tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kereopa swivels and escapes.

Daniels tries to keep at a distance but Kereopa has taken the fight into the clinch.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Daniels.
Daniels will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kereopa is trying to control Daniels's posture but Daniels avoids it.
The strikes coming from Daniels are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Kereopa is trying to get back to half guard.
Daniels tries to stand but Kereopa is controlling his head.

Kereopa reaches up around Daniels's neck trying to control. But Daniels takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Kereopa! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Kereopa is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Daniels celebrates the victory with the fans!
