Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chad Peyton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romualdo Dimaguiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peyton takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Nice shot lands for Dimaguiba.
Peyton walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Peyton looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Peyton tries to move into range but Dimaguiba moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Dimaguiba connects with a good right hand that stumbles Peyton. Peyton circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Peyton is pushing down on Dimaguiba's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dimaguiba is fighting to maintain full guard but Peyton has managed to sneak the leg through.

Peyton gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Peyton has his foot on Dimaguiba's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dimaguiba works his way back into a safe position though.

Peyton tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dimaguiba smiles and moves away.
Peyton looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Peyton shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
