Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gus Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Hecker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hecker is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Ultimate Warrior. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gus Bradley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jeff Hecker!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bradley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Hecker counters with a shoot takedown. Bradley fights it but they end up in guard.
Hecker slips nicely into half guard.
Hecker missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Hecker is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bradley doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hecker.
Hecker tries to pass to full mount but Bradley defends it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hecker is looking for a kimura but Bradley is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hecker to get the leverage.
Bradley wants to control but Hecker is keeping busy.

Bradley is looking to control Hecker's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bradley avoid being mounted?
Hecker seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bradley does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Still in half guard, Hecker seems content to control.
Hecker is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hecker is working for a submission of some sort.
Bradley's coaches at Grappling Pro Helsinki have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Hecker seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Bradley is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
