Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Moustafa Kamal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul Haq (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abdul Haq will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamal dives in for a single leg takedown but Haq sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Donk. Haq catches Kamal right on the button with a cross.
No joy there for Kamal, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've been hearing good reports from Kamal's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Haq can do anything to dispel that myth.
