Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between nate kaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wuzz is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Lützenkirchen - German Kiss. nate kaka has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

kaka closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Wuzz to the mat! Wuzz manages to get full guard.
Wuzz looking for a sweep. Not yet Wuzz, not yet.
Wuzz is trying to control the position but kaka postures up.

Wuzz working for a triangle but kaka defends it easily.
Wuzz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
kaka knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wuzz on the ground.

Wuzz looking for a guillotine here but kaka defends easily.
kaka wants to stand but Wuzz has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Wuzz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. kaka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. kaka manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

kaka stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wuzz swivels though and keeps the full guard.

and kaka counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Wuzz's guard now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

kaka stands up from Wuzz's guard - kaka perhaps looking for a knockout.

Wuzz has his takedown stuffed
and kaka counters with a one-two to the body.
kaka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Andy Wuzz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

kaka has managed to clinch.
kaka is looking to break free of the clinch but Wuzz has double underhooks.
Wuzz looking for a takedown.
nate kaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Wuzz.
kaka wants to break free but Wuzz has control.
kaka tries to pull guard but Wuzz won't allow it.

Wuzz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and kaka counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wuzz won't be happy with that.

kaka tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Wuzz wants to control but kaka postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wuzz is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on kaka's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Wuzz is doing well to control the position and prevent kaka from advancing to side control.
kaka is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Wuzz regains full guard. Nicely done.
This has been an exciting period of action!

kaka avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that nate kaka will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Wuzz darts in trying to clinch
and Wuzz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
kaka scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Wuzz doesn't succeed with the takedown
and kaka counters with a head kick. That will keep Wuzz thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

kaka scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Wuzz tries to get to full guard but kaka has control of the leg.
kaka tries to pass to full mount but Wuzz defends it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
kaka tries to stand but can't do so whilst Wuzz controls his leg.

Wuzz is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but kaka frees his head nicely. Oh but Wuzz has switched to an armbar! kaka is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
