Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bastien Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butch Shorette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris comes to the cage accompanied by Du Hast. The crowd seem to be enjoying Shorette's choice of entrance music: No New Friends. Bastien Harris could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Butch Shorette's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Harris misses the body punch
and Shorette counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Harris lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shorette circles away quickly and effectively.
Harris staying out of range there.
Harris misses with a two punch combination.
Harris misses the jab.
Shorette misses with a few strikes there.
Shorette feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Harriss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Harris takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Harris dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Harris throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Shorette counter with a right hand.
Harris is rocked!
Shorette fails in his attempt to clinch.
Oh Harris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Shorette! Harris is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!

After the fight, Butch Shorette was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Bastien Harris spoke after the fight, saying 'After this loss i think i will go home and hang myself now , goodbye'.
