Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Moo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dusty Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mikey Moo has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mikey Moo seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin cracks Moo with a right hand to the side of the head.
Martin needs to keep his hands up - Moo had a free shot at his head there.
Moo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Martin throws out the jab.
Moo tries to counter with a takedown but Martin is quick to defend against it.
Martin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Martin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Moo manages to avoid it.

Moo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Martin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Martin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Martin!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Moo seems a little lost for a moment, as Martin dominates the positioning.

Moo drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Martin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Moo has Martin in his guard.

Moo lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Martin throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Moo escapes and throws Martin's legs to the side, diving into side control!

That was a close second round but I would say that Mikey Moo will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Moo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Martin as he jumps to the side.

Martin throws a good cross that connects.
Martin throws a body punch but Moo moves out of range.

Moo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Martin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Moo is not content to let Martin control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Martin is putting a hurting on Moo here, landing some big shots from side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mikey Moo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well Martin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
