Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sid Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pinkynho Romeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morrison's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Clocks. Pinkynho Romeiro will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sid Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 44 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pinkynho Romeiro!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Morrison closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Romeiro to the mat! Romeiro manages to get full guard.

Morrison really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Morrison is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Romeiro sees it coming and defends easily.

Morrison passes to full mount!

Morrison wants to control but Romeiro has made it back to half guard. Nice work.

Morrison looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Morrison is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Romeiro is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Sid Morrison!
A relieved looking Sid Morrison thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
