Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sonjay Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akito Toyotoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sonjay Jenkins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sonjay Jenkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akito Toyotoku!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toyotoku moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Toyotoku looks to land a body kick but Jenkins moved away.

Jenkins closes the distance and clinches.
Jenkins has Toyotoku pressed against the cage, preventing Toyotoku from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Jenkins breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jenkins darts in looking for a takedown but Toyotoku gets double underhooks and turns Jenkins into the cage.
Jenkins thumps Toyotoku with a low kick.
Toyotoku pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jenkins takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

and Jenkins counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Toyotoku had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jenkins defends it easily.

Toyotoku is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jenkins defends well.
Jenkins knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Toyotoku on the ground.

Jenkins has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jenkins seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Toyotoku for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Toyotoku has his feet on Jenkins's thighs here. He's pushed Jenkins off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Jenkins screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
