The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
farrier is looking to clinch.

Knucks shoots in and bounces farrier off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
Knucks is looking to work some ground and pound but farrier has wrist control.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as farrier holds on and takes a little breather.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Knucks has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
farrier looks gassed!

farrier isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Knucks stacks farrier on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Knucks!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Knucks is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt farrier will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
