Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hades Longinius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Leigertwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dexter Leigertwood was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leigertwood on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Longinius. Longinius obviously looking to wear him down.

Longinius shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Leigertwood is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Longinius is pushing down on Leigertwood's leg trying to pass to half guard. Leigertwood is fighting to maintain full guard but Longinius has managed to sneak the leg through.
Longinius is just content to waste time from the top position. Leigertwood takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Leigertwood dives in for a single leg takedown but Longinius sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Longinius takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
