Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rex Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JB Brubaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler comes to the cage accompanied by Solonen ja Kosola - RÄPPII . Brubaker has chosen August Burns Red - Poor Millionaire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Rex Tyler has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Rex Tyler seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tyler shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Brubaker is trying to defend but Tyler finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've been hearing good reports from Tyler's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Brubaker is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tyler's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tyler's back!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Horrible takedown attempt by Tyler or perhaps it was just good defense by Brubaker, which made it look bad.

Tyler closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tyler lands in his opponent's guard.

Brubaker lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Tyler has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Brubaker should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tyler has tightened it up now! Brubaker should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
