The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cleveland shoots in looking for a takedown but Peterson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cleveland's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Peterson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Cleveland napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Cleveland is holding Peterson down, trying to stall.

It looks like Napoleon Cleveland has been cut.
Peterson throws an elbow but Cleveland slips to the side and avoids it well.
Cleveland takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Cleveland sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cleveland tries to get to full guard but Peterson has control of the leg.

Cleveland flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Peterson is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Cleveland is hurt! He's hurt bad - Peterson fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Cleveland from any more punishment! Congratulations to Peterson! Great finish!
