Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Waldo Claudiano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dollar Bill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dollar Bill is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Claudiano misses with a takedown attempt - Bill sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bill rushes Claudiano and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Claudiano tries to break the clinch but Bill is controlling the position.
Claudiano looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Bill has Claudiano pressed against the cage, preventing Claudiano from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Claudiano tries to pull guard but Bill forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Claudiano won't allow Bill to sweep him here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bill keeping moving, preventing Claudiano from controlling successfully.
Claudiano could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Claudiano would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Bill bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Claudiano's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Claudiano wants to stand up but Bill is controlling him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bill's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Claudiano takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Bill is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Claudiano is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Claudiano tries to lock up and control but Bill gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Bill throws a big right hand that misses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bill drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bill jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Claudiano throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bill uses it to pass to side control.

Bill thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Bill content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Bill decides to stand back up. Bill steps back and let's Claudiano get back to his feet.

Bill is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Claudiano's half guard.

Bill thows a huge punch but Claudiano dodges it nicely.
Bill slips a nice elbow through Claudiano's hands, connecting with Claudiano's forehead.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Claudiano shoots in for a double leg but Bill sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Claudiano looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Claudiano is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Bill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Claudiano swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dollar Bill showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Bill connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Claudiano some visible discomfort.

Bill is looking to advance position but Claudiano won't allow it.

Bill is trying to work for a kimura but Claudiano is defending well.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Claudiano looks to land a combination but Bill avoids it well.
Bill unleashes a big counter combination but Claudiano bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Bill is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Claudiano has his foot on Bill's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bill works his way back into a safe position though.
Bill stands and throws Claudiano's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Bill tries to move into full mount but can't pass Claudiano's legs.

Dollar Bill is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Dollar Bill comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Dollar Bill decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
