Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jenkka Kahva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Mouth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kahva comes to the cage accompanied by The Prodigy - Firestarter . Big Mouth will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahva throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Kahva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mouth looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mouth can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kahva throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mouth was covering up waiting for the punch and Kahva finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Mouth has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Helsinki. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Kahva seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Kahva wants to get back to his feet but Mouth is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kahva has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Mouth off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Kahva wants the takedown. Mouth is fighting it off but Kahva persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mouth's guard against the cage.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
