Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Neto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neto is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Orgasmatron. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Johnson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Johnson throws a sloppy head kick and Neto moves out of range easily.

Neto bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Johnson's guard.
Johnson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Johnson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Neto is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Johnson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Neto's back instead.

Neto is trying to escape under a series of strikes and manages to escape from Johnson 's hooks.
Neto is wriggling around trying to escape.
Neto sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Johnson tries for a takedown but Neto circles away easily

and Neto counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Johnson wants to stand up but Neto is controlling him.
Neto controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Neto advances to half guard.

Neto looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Neto lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Johnson is looking for a sweep. Neto is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Neto stands up and beckons Johnson to join him on the feet.

Neto drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Neto has hold of Johnson's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Johnson tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Neto cranks the arm and Johnson screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Johnson, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
