Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Metin Eroglu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tired and clearly flustered, he entered the arena late and after a little discussion it was decided that the bout should take place.
Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Metin Eroglu and Barry Scott. Eroglu's entrance music is No Worries. A fine choice. Scott has chosen Bang - By Barry Scott as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Metin Eroglu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 19 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Barry Scott!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eroglu lands a jab to the head.
Eroglu takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Scott uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Scott lands a nice looking kick to the body. Eroglu takes a step back to recover.
Eroglu looks for the body kick but Scott saw that one coming.
Eroglu looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Eroglu scores with a push kick.
Eroglu throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Eroglu takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Eroglu.
Scott misses with a combination
and Scott takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Scott throws a nice inside leg kick.
Eroglu feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Scott's calf.
Scott avoids a kick to the body.
Eroglu tries for a takedown but Scott circles away easily
enabling Scott to counter with a crisp jab.
Scott has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Eroglu.
Scott tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Eroglu was well out of range. Poor timing from Scott.

Scott tries to sprawl but Eroglu drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Scott regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Eroglu.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Scott has his feet on Eroglu's thighs here. He's pushed Eroglu off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Eroglu screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Barry Scott looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Well after fifty plus fights and plenty of ups and downs I guess it's time I think about retirement.... Well I've got news for you, Barry Scott will never retire!!!!'.
